As a Warman Real Estate Agent, my goal is to sell your home for the highest possible price, in the least amount of time. To me, it’s very important to be in touch with my sellers on a regular basis to keep you informed, give feedback from showings, share what’s happening in your immediate market etc… Your property will be marketed in a variety of different ways to ensure that potential buyers and other realtors know where to find it. When offers come in, I will guide you along, but you’re the ultimate decision maker in the negotiating process.

Setting up an Initial Meeting

I want to meet you face to face, get a feel for your selling needs, and do a quick tour of your home. I’ll get on my computer after the fact and do a market evaluation to recommend you the right list price

Getting your Home Listed

Once you decide on the list price, I will come by for an appointment that will take no longer than 1 hour. All I need from you is a few signatures, a key for agent access, and then I’ll get the for-sale sign up. I work with some of the best professional photographers in the business to make sure your home stands out online. Showings can be set up around your schedule, and when the offer comes, I will guide you along and make sure you get the price you want.

Start Packing!

Once conditions are lifted, I’ll put up the SOLD sign and get you set up with a trusted lawyer before the possession happens. It’s important to me to keep a relationship with my clients long after the deal is done. I will always make an effort to keep some form of continued communication and be there for future questions, inquiries, referrals etc…
